What the files actually record: links handed over, work done, and changes shipped. Written 25 September 2026 from the work log, the 2026 journey, and the hub. This page is for you. It is not a page to forward to the practice.
The hour numbers below are the log. Many lines are marked "estimate, confirm" in the source. There is no signed timesheet for the whole engagement, and the printed total in the work log was never recomputed after later rows were added.
Hours the log actually contains
Source: WORK-LOG.md summary table, read 25 September 2026. Adding every hour figure in that table comes to 163.5 hours. The table's own printed total still says about 148.75 hours. A 10-hour June row was inserted into the table without that printed total being redone. Use 163.5 as the sum of the rows. Do not use 148.75.

Logged after that table, so not inside the 163.5:
25 to 26 August: 5.25 hours. Phone contract, hub, Nubia, voice recordings. The log says part of the agent-pattern work is Genesis Flow Labs product, and the split is your call. Not invoiced in that entry.
27 August: 0.25 hours. Disabled one Active Directory account at Kim Bell's request.
15 September: 0.75 hours. Spectrum outage, estimate from the session clock, confirm before any invoice.
A note dated 26 August reconstructs about 9.75 hours from Kim's texts that never got a journal line. That note says the figures are estimates and must not be invoiced until you correct them. They are not added here, because a few of those days may already sit inside the April and June rows.
The March billing statement is a separate fact. The work log says the invoiced amount was $11,260.00, sent 27 March 2026 to Kim Bell, Hina Khan, Alice Fa, and Melissa Bailey, and marked received on 5 August 2026. Nothing from that statement was still outstanding on that date.
Links the record says were handed over
The site itself.legacyobgyn.com went live 27 January 2026. Privia cut DNS over at 12:22 that day.
March statement. Sent as email on 27 March 2026. The file is docs/billing-statement-2026-03.html. The log records the send, not a public URL for it.
July physician review. The journey says the August Journal packet was put in a Google Doc and the doctor email was sent by you. The Doc URL is not copied in the journey entry, so it is not repeated here.
These are live and were built for them. The files show drafts and deploys. They do not all show a sent message.
What we have done, the client-safe record on the hub. It stops in August and does not include hours.
Cora's profile. Published on the same hub. No line was found that says this URL was sent.
Patient-facing pages named in drafts to Hina: /patient-resources, /brand, the birth-plan PDF under /documents/, and the PCOS and PMOS service pages. Those drafts say the pages were live. Whether each email left the drafts folder is not re-checked here.
Booking link now on the site: phreesia.me/LegacyOBGYNWebsiteLink, swapped 22 July 2026 after the practice confirmed Phreesia web scheduling.
Work done
Website. Designed, cleared Privia's review, launched, then kept. Blog with a physician review byline, visit-prep sheets, provider pages, service pages, and the booking button.
Search. Search Console, Analytics, Bing, Google Business Profile, directory name corrections, and a written AI-visibility audit.
Server. The February Active Directory outage: on site, domain controller brought back, about 1.13 TB reclaimed from a full datastore. Later, a new domain controller on the office PC after the old server died, time sync, patching, account disables.
Desks and printers. Inventory, printer cleanup, new PCs joined, one laptop pulled off the dead old domain, Ricoh scan path pointed at a living share.
Phones. Three years of Streams invoices read, call reports checked against the practice manager's question, the call menu mapped, contract end date found (13 December 2026), Nubia stood up. The PanTerra replacement was put on hold on 26 August.
Marketing. Cora, the Journal pipeline, July and August drafts, physician review packet. October planning is in marketing/ and was not part of the August hub record.
New office. Construction drawings read, five tenant-improvement bids compared. IT cabling was not in any bid.
Money. The March statement, ultrasound and printer invoices, an accounts-receivable ageing look, and the August reconstruction of texts that never got logged.
Internet. 15 September Spectrum outage. The modem was registered and the office was not. Cause recorded as a billing disconnect. Service restored the same morning.
Agents research. 25 September memo on non-PHI jobs, at crew/research/NON-PHI-AGENT-ROLES.md. Nothing from that memo has been built or sent.
Changes that shipped
27 Jan 2026. Production cutover to legacyobgyn.com.
29 Jan 2026. Security pass on the new site. An exposed key was removed.
Feb 2026. Printers deployed by group policy. Call-report numbers matched the vendor's data. Active Directory restored after the host crash.
16 Mar 2026. Phreesia voice assistant went live on the lines. Portal changes after that stayed on hold at Hina's request.
Apr 2026. Office kept running after the old server died: remote access, DNS, scan and ultrasound shares, Ricoh pointed at the new share.
3 May 2026. Ruth and Arden corrected to WHNP-BC on the site. The old FNP wording came off.
13 Jun 2026. Four site updates deployed: git brought back in line with production, unsourced homepage stats removed, schema and social cards fixed, accessibility pass.
19 to 20 Jun 2026. AI crawlers allowed in robots.txt, medical review byline on service pages, booking link updated, duplicate routes canonicalized.
2 Jul 2026. Blog auto-publish fixed. The daily rebuild had been a cached no-op. Nurse practitioner bios and languages shipped.
22 Jul 2026. All site booking links moved to the Phreesia web scheduler.
26 Aug 2026. Hub, voice samples, and Nubia's profile published at legacy.genesisflowlabs.com. No change was made in the Streams portal.
What was removed, and what was kept
On 25 September 2026 the old session paste-prompts were deleted. They were instructions for a fresh chat, and the living state is already in the PICKUP.md files. Removed:
PICKUP-PROMPT.md in the healthcare project root (15 September)
voip/PICKUP-PROMPT.md and voip/PICKUP-PROMPT-STREAMS.md
blog-aug-2026/PICKUP-PROMPT-JOURNAL.md
new-office-buildout/SESSION-PICKUP.md
~/projects/legacy-obgyn/PICKUP-PROMPT.md (the prepay cold-start)
Kept on purpose: every PICKUP.md, the journey, the work log, the research memo, the website, and it/workstation-setup/PICKUP-2026-02-01.md, which is a work note from the February visit rather than a paste prompt. Two project folders still exist. The engagement files are in ~/projects/healthcare/legacy-obgyn/. The smaller ~/projects/legacy-obgyn/ folder holds later notes (fax, prepay, offboarding) and was not merged into the other tree.
