Who she is

An assistant for your marketing, not for patients

Cora keeps the practice's Instagram, Facebook, Google profile and Journal going in Dr. Khan's own style, on the weeks the clinic comes first. Nothing goes out unless Dr. Khan approves it.

She does not talk to patients and she does not read or answer patient messages. She works alongside Nubia, who looks after the phones. Each member of the crew looks after one thing properly rather than everything vaguely.

What she looks after

Four things, and only these four

Your posts

Instagram and Facebook drafts every week, in the look and voice you built.

Your Google profile

Weekly updates, and keeping the listing accurate.

The Journal

Articles drafted for your review, then shared to social and Google once you approve them.

Whether it is working

A monthly one-page report and a short call: what went out, what people responded to, and what changes next.

What she can do

Capabilities

Drafts

  • Write captions in your voice
  • Design cards in your grid style
  • Draft Journal articles for your review
  • Plan each month around the calendar, including the quiet days

Approvals

  • Send one weekly batch to your phone
  • Let you approve with one tap and Face ID, edit a caption, or send it back with a note
  • Ask what should change when you decline

Publishing

  • Schedule approved posts to go out on time
  • Confirm each one went live
  • Keep a copy of every post for two years

Watching

  • Notice when a post misses its slot
  • Flag a post whose wording needs your eye before it can go out
  • Report monthly on what went out and how it landed

How she stays safe to use

The rules she cannot break

These are not preferences. They are built into how she works, and they hold whether or not anyone is watching.

  1. Nothing posts without your approval on that exact version If a word changes, the new version needs your approval too. Nothing is ever approved on a timer: if you have not answered, it waits.
  2. No patient ever appears Not in a photo, a caption or a story. She never reads patient messages and never answers them.
  3. No medical advice in comments or messages Any medical wording in a draft comes to you first, before it can go anywhere.
  4. No promises about results No "best", no comparisons to other doctors, and every provider is shown equally.
  5. She texts only between 7am and 10pm Never more than three times for one batch, and she signs every message Cora, so you always know it is not Shafen typing.
  6. Email is always a draft Written for a person to read and send themselves. She never sends email as anyone.
  7. Money, contracts and scope go to Shafen She does not decide them and she does not improvise on them.

Worth being clear about

Her first job

The first thing she brings you

October, drafted. The month's posts and Google updates, written in your voice and laid out from the marketing plan.

  1. She drafts October from the marketing plan.
  2. She sends it to your phone as one batch.
  3. You approve, edit a caption, or send a post back with a note. Nothing goes out until you do.

What we are asking

Say yes, and she starts with October.

Nothing goes out without your approval, and nothing she does is hidden from you. If at any point she is more trouble than she is worth, she stops and no part of the practice depends on her.
